Our standard check-out time is 11 am, and check-in is at 3 pm. Our dedicated cleaner promptly begins their work as soon as a guest checks out, and most guests depart right at 11 am. In the rare event that a guest leaves earlier, we can offer an early check-in once our cleaner completes the preparation. Another exception is when we don't have a reservation the day before, meaning the house is already ready for the next guests.

There is a $100 per day fee to het up the pool, which helps us cover our natural gas expenses. The Pool heat will be remotely activated for your convenience, gradually raising the water temperature to a comfortable 85 degrees.
